This form is to acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions set out by Uzuri Hair Studio, in regards to our cancellation and changing of appointment policy. This form does constitute a binding contract until a booking fee has been paid.
Once this form as been accepted, your wedding booking will be held for 14 days until a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated quote is paid and the booking is secured. After the 14 day holding period, the date of the wedding will become available for booking by the public.
Once you have submitted the form someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible to talk to you about your wedding plans.
- A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your booking and lock in your booking.
- Balance of payment to be completed 48hrs of the date of the wedding.
- Cancellation fee policy:
- Within 4-2 weeks of the wedding will incur a 50% cancellation fee
- Within 1 week of the date of the wedding will incur 100% cancellation fee
- Packages do not include a trial, they are to be paid separately
- Management holds the right to modify the package price subject to variation or change.
- Prices are correct at the time of consultation but are subject to change with notice
- Management reserve the right to cancel or refuse service
- In the case of cancellations due to Covid:
- Management will honour the package quote if rescheduled within 6 months
- Management holds the right to modify the packages subject to variations or changes since the time of cancellation
- Where rescheduling is not possible, a salon credit will be given in lieu of the amount already paid (minus deposit).
- Management reserves the right to refuse service if Uzuri Hair Studio’s Covid Plan Terms and Conditions are not met, a refund will not be applicable under these circumstances.
